Blocksite. A recent, but great download that keeps me off social media. I don’t keep certain social media apps on my phone. But I try to sabotage my own time by signing in through Safari anyway.
Blocksite stops me from being such an idiot. If I have “facebook.com” and “instagram.com” in my block list, it prevents access to those from any app.
It’s a barrier enough to keep me from a bad habit, while easy enough to disable for a bit when I have to log in through Facebook for a dumb sign-in I created as Katie Version 2013.
